Fees for courses must be paid in full before the course commencement date, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to settle the payment may result in cancellation of enrolment.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@basatraining.com. Refunds are at BASA’s discretion and may be granted under the following conditions:
– Full refund if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course starts.
– 50% refund if made between 7 and 14 days before the course starts.
– No refund if made less than 7 days before the course starts.
6. Course Changes and Cancellations by BASA
BASA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary. In the event of cancellation, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

All course materials are the intellectual property of BASA. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
